The Body’s own Defence System

The organisations of the globalist elite coldly target the immune system to destabilise the human body from the earliest possible age and this is a motivation behind the ideas of compulsory vaccination.
Vaccines do not "help" the immune system; they suppress it! They suppress the body's ability to mount a proper defence. If you believe that vaccines work, then you must ask, "Does it make sense to suppress the mild, temporary symptoms of measles or mumps, but greatly increase the chances of my child getting diabetes, autism, epilepsy and/or leukaemia?" If vaccines "work," that is the trade-off you are making. But you are risking the serious side-effects, plus depriving the child of a vital developmental process. Children benefit from experiencing the normal childhood diseases. It is how the immune system matures and becomes stronger. Allowing a child to get chicken pox when young will confer lifetime immunity and prevent shingles later in life; a more serious condition. Additionally, children who experience chicken pox or influenza have a significantly reduced incidence of brain cancer later in life. A reduced cancer rate (ovarian, skin, brain) has also been found in adults who have experienced measles, mumps and rubella early in life. Lastly, vaccinating girls prevents them, in the future, from passing on natural immunity to their children via breast milk
To think that babies and toddlers, with their immune defences still forming, are now given some 25 vaccines, including combinations, before the age of six.

Following a critique published on pre-print server by the Bailey Lab at BYU, whistleblower Gary Goldman and Neil Miller did a re-analysis of their original 2011 paper and find that their original conclusion was correct: “A positive correlation between the number of vaccine doses and infant mortality rates (IMRs) is detectable in the most highly developed nations.”

Aluminium in vaccines is the major driver of the Autism Epidemic
Vaccines can play a role in autism, although it’s certainly not the sole factor or trigger. In the last half of the 20th century, not only has the vaccine schedule grown, with many vaccines being added, but our food supply has also been inundated with glyphosate, and there’s been a radical increase in the exposure to electromagnetic fields.
All three of these factors are pernicious, and there’s evidence showing all three can play a role in autism development. Heavy metal exposure is another factor. But, the connection between autism and the introduction of vaccines in many children is quite clear.

Childhood Vaccines cause Autism: The evidence and the institutional cover-up

In a careful analysis of thousands of articles in the peer-reviewed literature on toxicology and immunology, nowhere could the three authors of the Global Research article find evidence to support claims that vaccine safety is based upon a gold standard of clinical research: long-term, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies.
Since such gold-standard research has never been carried out, our medical officials are relying on inconclusive research that is not science-based to create public health policy. American parents, meanwhile, are conditioned by our medical officials to bring their children in for regular vaccinations, confusing pure propaganda with scientific proof.
Never has a concise epidemiological study been published that compares the long-term health outcomes of a group of infants and children given the recommended CDC immunisation schedule and a cohort of unvaccinated children. However, several smaller studies indicate that neurological disorders are associated with vaccination when vaccinated children are compared with the unvaccinated.
As we witness a rapidly increasing number of vaccinated children being afflicted by conditions such as autism, food allergies, encephalitis, type 1 diabetes, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (“ADHD”) and Crohn’s disease, it’s critical that we investigate further the role played by environmental toxins to better understand their pathology. And, when we look into the independent science on the safety of vaccines, it’s readily apparent that many of the ingredients found in vaccines are toxic, even in small amounts, and may contribute to a range of illnesses, including autism.

No vaccine, ever, has been established to be “safe” in the US
The whole “vaccines are safe” narrative for the past 200 years is based on an assumption that all vaccines are safe. There is no credible large-scale post-marketing study that backs up this claim for any vaccine used in the US today. It’s all based on faith in seriously flawed studies.
There isn’t a credible post-marketing objective epidemiological study for any vaccine in the US. That’s right. Not a single one.
Why isn’t there a study? It’s not because it isn’t possible. In fact, every state in the US has the ability to do such a study. It is because the states have never done the necessary studies nor will they expose data needed to allow the public to do the studies.
Will keeping public health data “private” improve clinical outcomes? No, of course not! It’s all kept hidden from view because there is no upside for them in doing the study. It can only end badly, very badly.
The whole “vaccines are safe” narrative is built on belief and seriously flawed studies, and not on proper objective epidemiological studies that could have been easily done but were not.
Since we cannot prove safety at the level of less than 1 death per 10M doses in children, we should not be vaccinating more kids until we have done the proper post-marketing safety study on the kids we’ve already vaccinated. The fact that no state is willing to do the study but is at the same time still recommending that kids get vaccinated should be deeply troubling to everyone. It is a symptom of a seriously out-of-control medical community that cares more about following directives from the CDC than patient safety. The rationale for vaccinating kids is nonsensical.

Here are the amount of settlements paid out to victims of non-COVID vaccines who were injured or killed from these vaccines in the childhood vaccine schedule through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) for the past 5 years.
More than 98 million Americans received one or more doses of polio vaccine within an 8-year span when a proportion of the vaccine was contaminated with a cancer causing polyomavirus called SV40. It has been estimated that 10-30 million Americans could have received an SV40 contaminated dose of the vaccine.
SV40 is an abbreviation for Simian vacuolating virus 40 or Simian virus 40, a polyomavirus that is found in both monkeys and humans. Like other polyomaviruses, SV40 is a DNA virus that has been found to cause tumors and cancer.
SV40 is believed to suppress the transcriptional properties of the tumor-suppressing genes in humans through the SV40 Large T-antigen and SV40 Small T-antigen. Mutated genes may contribute to uncontrolled cellular proliferation, leading to cancer.

Vaccines did not cure us from Diseases
In the United States (and other countries), historical records show that disease mortality declined nearly 90% before the introduction of the vaccine program and routine vaccination programs — as stated in the Trends in the Health of Americans report
In fact, some of the most prevalent diseases in the early 1900s — including Tuberculosis (TB), Scarlet Fever and Typhoid — followed the same declines WITHOUT ever having a vaccine program (in the US). These diseases were nearly eradicated in the U.S. without the population being vaccinated for them. (See graph)
How is this possible? The pharmaceutical/medical industry has spent MILLIONS convincing us that vaccines saved us all from imminent disease death, but history proves this is more of a marketing tactic than a fact. A marketing tactic that helps ensure the nearly $60 BILLION vaccine market keeps growing.
WHY DID DISEASES DECLINE
The 19th-century population shift from country to city that accompanied industrialization and immigration led to overcrowding in newly populated cities that lacked proper sanitation or clean water systems. These conditions resulted in repeated outbreaks of cholera, dysentery, TB, typhoid fever, influenza, yellow fever, and malaria.
By 1900, however, the incidence of many of these diseases had begun to decline because of public health improvements, implementation of which continued into the 20th century.
Sanitation & Hygiene
Local, state, and federal efforts to improve sanitation and hygiene reinforced the concept of collective “public health” action (e.g. to prevent infection by providing clean drinking water). By 1900, 40 of the 45 states had established health departments. The first county health departments were established in 1908 (6).
From the 1930s through the 1950s, state and local health departments made substantial progress in disease prevention activities, including sewage disposal, water treatment, food safety, organized solid waste disposal, and public education about hygienic practices (e.g. food handling and handwashing). Chlorination and other treatments of drinking water began in the early 1900s and became widespread public health practices, further decreasing the incidence of waterborne diseases.
Tuberculosis Declines WITHOUT A Vaccine
The incidence of Tuberculosis (TB) also declined as improvements in housing reduced crowding and TB-control programs were initiated. In 1900, 194 of every 100,000 U.S. residents died from TB — the second leading cause of death — and most were residents of urban areas.
In 1940 (before the introduction of antibiotic therapy), TB remained a leading cause of death, but the crude death rate had decreased to 46 per 100,000 persons. There was never a vaccine for Tuberculosis in the United States. Yet other countries TB rates also decreased before the TB vaccine was introduced.
Typhoid & Cholera Decline WITHOUT Vaccine

“The occurrence of diseases such as cholera and typhoid dropped dramatically. In 1900, the occurrence of typhoid fever in the United States was approximately 100 cases per 100,000 people. By 1920, it had decreased to 33.8 cases per 100,000 people. In 2006, it had decreased to 0.1 cases per 100,000 people (only 353 cases) with approximately 75% occurring among international travellers.
Typhoid fever decreased rapidly in cities from Baltimore to Chicago as water disinfection and treatment was instituted. This decrease in illness is credited to the implementation of drinking water disinfection and treatment, improving the quality of source water, and improvements in sanitation and hygiene.
It is because of these successes that we can celebrate over a century of public drinking water disinfection and treatment – one of the greatest public health achievements of the 20th century.”

Smallpox
Smallpox is a highly contagious, and often life-threatening infection marked by a rash of round pox (blisters) on the face, arms, and legs. It is caused by the Variola virus. The main questions that needs to asked are did smallpox get eradicated through vaccination and did receiving the vaccine actually cause the smallpox virus to spread further?
“During 10 outbreaks of smallpox between 1947 and 1974 nearly 100 people became ill with smallpox---even though they had been vaccinated." Dr Buchwald (The Decline of Tuberculosis despite "Protective" Vaccination by Dr. Gerhard Buchwald M.D. p134)
“In 1918, the US Army forced the vaccination of 3,285,376 natives in the Philippines when no epidemic was brewing, only the sporadic cases of the usual mild nature. Of these 65,180 victims came down with small-pox, and 44,408 died. Before England passed a compulsory vaccination law in 1853, the highest death rate for any two year period was only 2,000 cases, even during the most severe epidemics. Jenner himself admitted that smallpox was relatively unknown before he began his vaccinations. In fact, there were only a few hundred cases of smallpox in England at that time. After more than fifteen years of mandatory vaccinations, in 1870 and 1871 alone more than 23,000 people died from the disease.
In Germany, over 124,000 people died of smallpox during the same epidemic. All had been vaccinated. In Japan, nearly 29,000 people died in just seven years under a stringent compulsory vaccination and re - vaccination program.
Compare these devastating figures to Australia, where the government terminated compulsory vaccinations when two children died from their smallpox shots. As a result, smallpox virtually disappeared in that country (three cases in fifteen years).

Undoctored hospital records consistently show that about 90 percent of all smallpox cases occurred after the individual was vaccinated. Vaccines do not offer lifetime immunity but the body’s own immune system does. When the Europeans came to America centuries ago and killed off masses of American Indians by accidentally giving them smallpox? Well, if the Indians died of smallpox, why didn't the Europeans die of smallpox? (There were no vaccines back then.) The answer is because the Europeans had already been exposed and built up lifetime immunity to the disease.
Thus, the reason the European invaders of North America did not die from smallpox wasn't because they were vaccinated; it was because they had already been exposed to the disease and had built up active immunity against it (by producing their own antibodies which last a lifetime). Thus, the Europeans could be exposed to smallpox over and over again with no symptoms of infection. They were effectively "immune" to smallpox. But the American Indians were not immune to it and so millions of them died because of smallpox and other diseases that the Europeans brought to the American shores. In the eighteenth century, smallpox outbreaks during the French and Indian and American Revolutionary Wars killed more than 100,000 Native Americans.
Scarlet fever and the plague also infected millions of people. Vaccines were never developed for these diseases yet they disappeared as well.
Several reputable historians credit multiple public health activities -- sanitation and nutrition reforms -- with reducing the incidence and severity of the early problematic diseases, including smallpox, plague, dysentery, scarlet fever, typhoid, and cholera.

In 1998 Bronwyn Hancock produced a documentary titled ‘Vaccination: The Hidden Truth’.

Many people believe every vaccine the World Health Organisation recommends not only works, but is 100% safe and effective all of the time. Even if some vaccines work some of the time, are they worth the health risk? That is the ultimate question. Let us look in a bit more detail about how vaccines can cause so much suffering.
In response to vaccine injuries, in 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) (USA) was passed. This program has awarded approximately $3.4 billion to individuals and families who have suffered vaccine injury and death. If vaccines are so safe why is all this money getting awarded for vaccine injuries? There is no real mystery as to why all these children are getting vaccine injuries when you look at the ingredients of the vaccines.
The U.K Government paid out £3.5m to patients left disabled by vaccinations between 1997 and 2005. Any claimant who is successful in their claim has received a tax-free lump sum of £100,000. Thirty-five such payments have been made, the Department of Work and Pensions have said, but could not reveal which vaccines were involved in the claims. It was also revealed that a total of 917 payments have been made since the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme was introduced in 1979. Many thousands more claims are likely to have been made under the scheme but were unsuccessful.
The Department of Justice (USA) issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines. In the report from the period 2/16/2015 through 5/15/2015 there was 163 cases of injury and death from reactions to vaccines and this was just over a 3 month period. Four of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot, and one death for the Hepatitis B shot, typically given to new-borns. 74 of the cases were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot. 20 of the vaccine injuries in the report were adverse reactions to the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine. These reports are never reported in the controlled mainstream media.
Eighteen babies and toddlers died following childhood vaccinations (2001-2004) in just four years, a secret Government report (UK) revealed in 2006. Four deaths were linked to suspected adverse reactions to the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) triple jab. Six fatalities followed meningitis C vaccinations between 2001 and 2003. The deaths of seven other babies were linked to combined vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough.
As of September 1, 2015 there had been 11,052 serious adverse events reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) (USA) in connection with Hepatitis B containing vaccines since 1990. Over 38% of those serious Hepatitis B vaccine-related adverse events occurring in children under 3 years old. Of these Hepatitis B-vaccine related adverse event reports to VAERS 1,086 were deaths, with 75% of the deaths occurring in children under three years of age.
Patients who suffered brain damage as a result of taking a swine flu vaccine received multi-million-pound pay-outs from the UK government. The government is expected to receive a bill of approximately £60 million, with each of the 60 victims expected to receive about £1 million each. The lawyer who represented many of the claimants, told the Sunday Times: "There has never been a case like this before. The victims of this vaccine have an incurable and lifelong condition and will require extensive medication."
Although GlaxoSmithKline created the Vaccine it did not pay any damages out, you did, the government, the taxpayer. As stated before the Global Elite who mostly own these pharmaceutical companies have made laws so they are exempt from paying any damages for vaccine injuries.
A 12-year-old boy has been awarded £120,000 by a court (2015) that agreed he had been left severely disabled by narcolepsy triggered by the swine flu vaccine, following a three-year battle in which the government had claimed that his illness was not serious enough to merit payment. Narcolepsy is a rare but serious neurological disorder that affects about 31,000 people in Britain. It can cause sleep disruptions, including night terrors and hallucinations, and extreme drowsiness during the daytime
The ruling is expected to lead to as many as 100 other families of people affected by the sleeping disorder after receiving the vaccine. The narcolepsy was triggered by the Pandemrix vaccine, made by GlaxoSmithKline, which was given to around 6 million people in Britain as part of a national vaccination scheme rolled out during the 2009-10 swine flu pandemic.
Despite a 2011 warning from the European Medicines Agency against using the vaccine on those under 20 and a study indicating a 13-fold heightened risk of narcolepsy in vaccinated children, GSK has refused to acknowledge a link. But across Europe, more than 800 children are so far known to have been made ill by the swine flu vaccine. Since 2008, girls aged 12 and 13 in the UK have been routinely given a vaccination for the human papilloma virus (HPV) as part of the NHS childhood vaccination programme.
Human papillomavirus (HPV) refers to a large family of viruses which could cause cervical cancer, warts and a variety of other infections.
The HPV Gardasil vaccine is only effective in combating two strains of cancer-causing HPV, but researchers have discovered at least 15 cancer-causing HPV strains. Gardasil will not thwart infections from HPV types that are not in the vaccine.
Although many governments recommend the Gardasil vaccine to girls as young as nine, there is, in fact, no concrete proof of the vaccine’s effectiveness on girls under age 15. Furthermore, according to a 2009 article in the New England Journal of Medicine, the vaccines have not yet been proven effective against HPV in the long-term, and have never been shown to actually reduce cancer rates.
Dr. Dianne Harper, one of a select few specialists in OB/GYN (in the world) who helped design and carry out the Phase II and Phase III safety and effectiveness studies to get Gardasil approved. There are only 50 HPV experts in the world, and Dr. Harper is one of them, inarguably making her an expert on the subject.
Since Harper's involvement in getting Gardasil approved, she has condemned the vaccine, stating that it is neither safe nor effective. She has mentioned that the tested length of the efficacy of the vaccines in preventing HPV infection is not long enough to prevent cervical cancer, which, as she states, can take decades to develop. She has also stated that vaccination will not decrease the number of cervical cancer cases, but a routine of regular pap smears will.
According to Dr. Harper, "About eight in every ten women who have been sexually active will have HPV at some stage of their life." She says there are normally no symptoms with HPV and 98 percent of cases clear up on their own. The small percentage of cases that become cancerous, that overtake the immune system, do not occur because the person failed to vaccinate. There is no data showing that Gardasil protects one from HPV beyond five years.
Dr. Harper is concerned that women may believe that having an HPV vaccination means they can stop getting their yearly Pap smears — a move which could lead to an increase in cervical cancer deaths over time. In addition, she warns that vaccinating children may be pointless if the vaccine protection wears off even before they become sexually active.
Harper has told CBS that these vaccines are essentially useless, explaining that "the benefit to public health is nothing, there is no reduction in cervical cancers, they are just postponed, unless the protection lasts for at least 15 years, and over 70% of all sexually active females of all ages are vaccinated."

In January 2016, the American College of Pediatricians (ACP), one of the world's foremost organizations dedicated to the health and well-being of children, issued a press release warning the public of the dangers of administering the HPV vaccine to children.
In their report, the ACP referenced numerous cases of sterilization experienced by young women who had received Gardasil (a brand of HPV vaccine), as well as the research conducted by Dr. Sin Hang Lee, exposing fraudulent studies conducted by pharmaceutical companies in attempts to falsely alter their products' safety marketability.
Scott Field, M.D., and current member of the American College of Pediatricians board of directors, warned: "It has recently come to the attention of the College that one of the recommended vaccines [HPV] could possibly be associated with the very rare but serious condition of premature ovarian failure (POF), also known as premature menopause."
There is no more toxic, dangerous vaccine in the world than Gardasil. More children and teens have been maimed, hospitalized, injured and even paralyzed by HPV vaccines than any other category of vaccine interventions. If the HPV vaccine is not 100% safe and effective then it should not be used.

Gardasil 9, the latest human papilloma virus vaccine, will be given to all Australian 12- and 13-year-old students beginning in 2018. The announcement that Gardasil 9 would replace the current Gardasil vaccine was made by the Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull. One shot of Gardasil 9 has 500 mcg of the known neurotoxin aluminium. Girls and boys will receive two shots of the vaccine, bringing the total amount of aluminium injected into their young bodies up to 1000mcg.
During the trials for Gardasil 9 out of 13,236 people who received the vaccines there was 305 serious adverse events, which is 2.3%. According to the FDA (USA) a serious adverse event must fit one of the following criteria: death, life-threatening, hospitalization, disability or permanent damage and congenital abnormality/birth defect. So for every 100,000 people using Gardasil 9 there would be 2,300 serious adverse events. The cervical cancer diagnosis rate in the United States is 7.9 per 100,000.
What health official in their right mind is willing to anticipate 2,300 serious adverse events to try and prevent 7.9 cases of cervical cancer? The cost of vaccinating 100,000 people is around $30 million. What a scam this is. Hundreds of young people could be paralysed just to stop them being one of the 7.9 people out of every 100,000 who could get cervical cancer. Hmmm that makes a lot of sense.
Even more alarming is that 1,028 women who were injected with Gardasil 9 became pregnant during the course of the clinical trials and 27.4% of them lost their babies or the babies were born with defects. The rate of spontaneous abortions and foetal deaths in the United States is 6.05/1,000 pregnancies or 0.605% which is far less than the 27.4%.
These health organisation such as the FDA in America are not acting in the best interests of the health of the people but in the best interests of Big Pharma who make huge profits. It’s all about money.
This Gardasil 9 vaccine is produced by Merck & Co., Inc. and it is an American pharmaceutical company and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Merck’s sales revenue in 2016 was $39 billion.
When a mother was asked to sign consent forms so that her then 13-year-old daughter, Emily, could be vaccinated against cervical cancer, she assumed it was the best way to protect Emily’s long-term health. Yet the past four years have turned into a nightmare for the family as Emily soon suffered apparent side effects. Only two weeks after her first HPV injection, the teenager experienced dizziness and nausea.
“The symptoms grew increasingly worse after the second and third injections, and I went to A&E several times with severe chest and abdominal pains as well as difficulty breathing,” Emily, now 17, said. “One time I couldn’t move anything on one side of my body. I didn’t know what was happening.”
Emily is one of the thousands of teenage girls who have reported feeling seriously unwell following the routine vaccination since the immunisation programme was introduced in 2007. She is yet to recover and has no idea when her health will return to normal. Prior to the vaccination Emily had a healthy medical history with no problems but now her mother had to close her business and become her daughter’s full time carer.
A Girl’s death linked to the HPV Vaccine
A girl of 13 (UK) died (April 2016) four days after being given a HPV vaccine for cervical cancer. Shazel Zaman went to hospital with attacks of vomiting, headaches and drowsiness. The doctor blamed a stomach bug but later her skin turned blue and she was rushed to hospital where she died. Her family believe the problems happened after she was given the second HPV vaccine at school. According to the family she had the injection on the Wednesday and on Friday had a sore arm, by Saturday she had a severe headache and was vomiting. On Sunday she was pale and the family took her to hospital where she passed out after feeling drowsy. Shazel was discharged from Fairfield Hospital in Bury and sent home. She was then put to bed by the family and soon after she went blue and had no pulse. Paramedics came but sadly she did not respond. She was declared dead four hours later in hospital. Her family have said that before the HPV vaccine Shazel was healthy and well.
A Girl’s Paralysis linked to the HPV Vaccine
A 16-year-old girl has been left paralysed in three limbs and is in hospital on a drip after having the controversial HPV jab, her parents claim. Ruby Shallom was vaccinated at school to protect her against cervical cancer as part of the routine NHS programme. But just weeks later, the keen horse-rider and runner started to suffer from stomach spasms, dizziness, pain, headaches and fatigue. Her muscles became weaker and in May - two years after she was given the jab - she woke up with no feelings in her legs whatsoever. She has since lost all sensation in both her legs and one of her arms and is virtually bed-bound - unable to eat, lift or dress herself, incontinent and often too weak to lift her head.
Doctors have been unable to diagnose her with anything and have dismissed it as being psychological, refusing to acknowledge any link to the jab.
But her parents Aron and Nicola, 45, are convinced her condition was caused by the jab.
'We are 100 per cent sure that it is down to the HPV vaccination,' said Mr Shallom, an engineer from Bracknell, Berkshire. 'Ruby was healthy before but now she is paralysed - you could hit her legs with a hammer and she wouldn't feel anything. “We thought it was going to do her good but in hindsight it has done the complete opposite”. “It needs to be recognised because they are still giving it out. It will continue to happen to more girls until they stop”.
Another Girl Wheelchair Bound after having the HPV Vaccine
Another girl, dancer Lucy Rebbeck, 15, from Wokingham, Buckinghamshire, suffered the same ordeal after having the HPV jab. Her muscles were so weak she was confined to a wheelchair for six months. She fell ill with similar symptoms in autumn 2014 and is being treated at the same hospital - Frimley Park in Surrey.
Her mother, Diane, 47, said: “Her legs were getting weaker and weaker. They would just buckle and give way and in February she went downhill very rapidly. I don’t know how many girls of this age have these illnesses, but this definitely is not a coincidence. Why is it happening to so many girls?”
She called for more testing of the vaccine and urged parents to research it independently.
Another Girl Paralysed by the HPV Vaccine
Here is yet another life shattered by this HPV vaccine. Chloe Brookes Holder, 18 was left paralysed from the waist down after getting the HPV Cervarix vaccine in 2011 in school (UK). Cervarix is made by GlaxoSmithKline who make profits of about £10 billion per year. This vaccine is not safe as you can see it can paralyse people but you’re not permitted to claim compensation from the company that made the vaccine. The young Ms Holder developed dizziness, joint pain and weakened muscles in the months following the vaccine. She now has no feeling in her legs and her weight has went down to five stone.

Her mum had to give up work and be her full time carer. If only parents did some research about these vaccines then they may have second thoughts about giving their daughters this unnecessary vaccine.
Lawsuit claims HPV vaccine causes auto-immune and neurologic disorders
A class action lawsuit is ongoing and growing against Merck for its HPV vaccine, Gardasil. The law firm, Miller & Zois, is taking on legal cases in all 50 American states of victims who have suffered harm from the vaccine. They are looking at various types of Gardasil lawsuits, focusing on premature ovarian failure and premature menopause claims.
The MDL class action in the Western District of North Carolina was established in September 2022 with just over 20 cases. The plaintiffs are claiming that the Gardasil HPV vaccine caused them to develop auto-immune and/or neurologic disorders because Merck failed to properly research it before pushing it on the market.
In January, Miller & Zois announced that the number of cases had tripled with 60 active Gardasil lawsuits pending in the Gardasil class action MDL. The lawyers are expecting a large influx of new cases soon as previously filed claims clear the vaccine court process.
The stated purpose of Gardasil is to prevent a sexually transmitted disease which could possibly result in cervical cancer when the children are much older. But there is no true evidence that the vaccine actually works to prevent cancer, wrote medical researcher Brucha Weisberger. “It is a sham, and simply causes death and misery.”
